What makes Prost special is we are an authentic German restaurant. Ours owners are husband and wife duo, Austin and Manu. Manu is from Germany so many of the recipes found in our restaurant are ones she grew up with. Naturally, German good goes with beer, which we proudly serve only imported German beer as well as locally brewed beers made just for Prost.
