About Lenz Construction

Lenz Construction was founded in 2012 by James Lenz. James started in the construction industry in 2007 working as a project manager for a local contractor. He fell in love with construction and working with people at this moment. In 2009 he transitioned into running painting crews for a friend. This lasted until 2012 when James formed Precision Painting and Finishing which is now dba Lenz Construction. Over the years the business has evolved first starting with residential and commercial painting projects, then adding carpentry/drywall/water damage repairs, then full circle to roofing, siding, windows, gutters and painting projects.
